3. Mental Wellness Coaching. I’ve been in your shoes.
It’s been a life-changing journey to find my way up from being so far down—now it’s my passion to share the way back to mental wellness with you.
    • I provide live or distance Holistic Mental Health Coaching. My school is the Mindhance Learning Center in Tucson, Arizona. It is staffed by psychotherapists, mediation experts, and life coaches. My course work covered the mind-body connection, integrative pharmacology, spirituality, client-practitioner relationships, and more.

      As a former therapist who specialized in hypnosis and transpersonal concerns, understanding the role of the body in mental health was the missing piece that rounded out my training and restored my own health.

    • I can help you make a plan that encompasses mind, body and spirit, and be there to support every step. Contact me.
